The Proposal
3 oz. Taittinger Brut Champagne
1 oz. Alize Rose Liqueur
½ oz. Fresh Sour
½ oz. Rose Juice
Roll ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled Champagne Flute.
Garnish with a Fresh Edible Flower
Starry Nights
1 oz. Vincent Vanilla Vodka
½ oz. Vincent Chocolate Vodka
¾ oz. Bols White Crème de Cacao
1 oz. Half & Half
Shake ingredients and strain into a chilled Cocktail glass.
Garnish with Fresh Chocolate Shavings.
Amor
1 ½ oz. Tequila Rose Strawberry Cream
½ oz. Bols White Crème de Cacao
½ oz. Fresh Strawberry Puree
1 oz. Half & Half
Shake ingredients and strain into a chilled Cocktail glass.
Garnish with a Strawberry and a Fresh Mint Sprig
Coral Pink
1 ¼ oz. Finlandia Grapefruit Vodka
½ oz. Alize Red Liqueur
¾ oz. Fresh Grapefruit Juice
¾ oz. Fresh Sour
Dash Grapefruit Bitters
Top with Squirt
Shake ingredients and strain into a chilled Cocktail glass.
Top with Squirt.
Garnish with an a Pink Grapefruit Wheel
Butter-Nut
1 ½ oz. Kahlua Hazelnut Liquor
¾ oz. Hiram Walker Butterscotch Schnapps
2 oz. Milk or Half & Half
Shake all ingredients and strain into an ice filled Highball Glass.
Garnish with Fresh Whipped Cream, Ground Hazelnuts and Cinnamon.
(Also great with Hot Coffee and just a small amount of Half & Half.)
